I’ve moved a lot of Toyotas. Every day for seven years, I strived to connect emotionally with consumers and inspire them to get out and go places. In Toyota's case, we needed to excite new buyers while also creating a bond with existing owners. I created dozens of commercials, social posts and branded content, shooting all across California. We told stories that appealed to a diverse demographic, from Gen X to Z.

We explored WHY people are in the market and then moved them through the purchase funnel. For instance, sometimes it’s really hard to get rid of your old car. This campaign was a departure for Toyota, because instead of new cars, it features people breaking up with their clunkers.
